Sauce, is continuing on a Valley-wide expansion effort, with the opening of its first Chandler location on October 13. The soon to open restaurant at Dobson and Queen Creek Roads in downtown Ocotillo is the second new Sauce location this year. To coincide with this grand opening, new menu offerings are being introduced at all Sauce locations throughout Arizona and Denver, CO.
In conjunction with this opening, a variety of menu items, a kids menu and signature wine selections will be introduced at all six Valley locations. Known for thin-crust pizzas, hot and cold sandwiches/panini, chopped salads and hearty pasta dishes, three new menu items – Chicken, Pesto and Parmesan Pizza, Roast Beef Sandwich, and a Chopped Turkey, Corn, Cucumber, Tomato, Avocado and Feta salad – have been launched at all Sauce restaurant locations. A new Kid’s Menu, with comfort favorites including Mac ‘n Cheese, Grilled Cheese, and Baked Pasta with Sauce and Mozzarella are also offered. These classic dishes are served in child-sized portions with a drink and dinner roll for five dollars.
Also known for exceptional wine, each Sauce location will expand its wine selections. Corporate Sommelier Regan Jasper has introduced his own custom blended wine, Pinot Grigio Tangent, which is exclusive to FRC restaurants. Other new wine additions include Sauvignon Blanc Tin Roof, Chianti Strozzi, and Shiraz McWilliams, all of which were carefully selected to compliment the menu at Sauce and priced to provide an outstanding value for guests.
To introduce the new Sauce location to the Chandler community, a private fundraising event will be held on October 10, to benefit Chandler Traditional Academy. Guests will be treated to an entrée and dessert selections with one-hundred percent of proceeds from the ticket sales to benefit Chandler Traditional Academy.

Sam Fox and Dr. Andrew Weil, have combined their expertise to create a restaurant unlike any other in the state: True Food Kitchen. Slated to open in October at the Biltmore Fashion Park in the former space of the Coffee Plantation, the new concept is a full-service restaurant developed by Fox restaurant Concepts, founded on the principals, vision, and lifestyle approach to good health of Dr. Andrew Weil.
True Food Kitchen combines Fox’s philosophy of high quality food, wine, atmosphere and hospitality with Weil’s approach of eating well for optimal health.
The menu at True Food Kitchen will feature global cuisine, influenced by areas such as the Mediterranean, Asia and United States. The menu will remain the same throughout the day; however, dish selections will change with the season, approximately six times per year. A chosen grain or vegetable will be featured monthly and this item will be incorporated into special menu offerings. A selection of wine, beer, elixirs and sake complement the menu. All of the wine selections will be featured based on the wineries’ commitment to organic, biodynamic and/or sustainable farming practices. Additionally, the selections are available by both glass and bottle, ranging from five dollars to $12 per glass or $20 to $48 per bottle.
True Food Kitchen is located in the Biltmore Fashion Park at 3502 E. Camelback Rd., Ste. 135 and will be open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. A take-out counter is available for diners on the go. Reservations are not available.
